From Nashua, Points East:

Follow Route 101A West to the lights at the intersection with Route 122.  Continue through these lights and make your way to into the left lane.  (As you continue on 101A West, you will notice our building, Colonial Park, on your left).  Make a U-turn at the break in the median for the 101 East onramp.  Stay in the right lane and turn right into Colonial Park.

From Milford, Points West:

Follow Route 101A East and just after the overpass for Route 101, stay in the right lane and turn right into Colonial Park.  (You are too far if you come to the intersection of Routes 101A and 122).

From Manchester, Points North

Take 293 South to 101 West.  Take 101 West and exit at 101A, Nashua / Milford.  Bear right towards Nashua onto 101A East, stay in the right lane and turn right into Colonial Park.

We are located on the second floor – take the stairs or walk through the lobby to the elevator.
